Getaway!

Hooray we are leaving rainy old Manchester airport for a week in sunny old Portugal!
For the past few years a friend has lent us a villa in Carvoiero on the Algarve coast.
We love to go at this time of year, partly of course to escape the weather, but mainly because the flush of Spring orchids is at its peak and with luck we should find carpets of them, and at least ten different species.
