The Secret Herb Garden

Of the select few I follow on this site one is known as 'pensioner'.

I, on occasion, dip into his hedonistic mumbles. This week (13th March) he gave a nod towards the secret herb garden, I was intrigued! So at the crack of mid morning I tipped the good lady out of her bed and we set off to visit.

What a nice wee spot and the food in the café was superb. First time I have drunk tea from a tin mug in decades. A cross between a plant specialist and a hippy commune. It is also dog friendly but even though we were devoid of canine companionship we found them altogether agreeable. Craft beers were also purchased.

I am having a rethink about what to grow this year but I suspect it is going to be herby. So a thank you to MrP for the heads up.
