Graveyard or wintering place

After yesterday's exertions, only a short potter was called for. Norfolkdoc and W have walked around High Ash Farm a few times, and gave us a map to have a look around. I was most amused to sit down on a bench made from a tree trunk and see this snail graveyard or over wintering place. Otherwise, it was a pleasant walk which enabled me to do my steps and floors for the day.

Later on my brother and his wife arrived, so now we are six (reprobate middle aged people).
