A bit of an "end of an era" feel to this. This is A's last year in Edinburgh (after five years doing the MEng). And this is one of the last times - for a while - that we are likely to dine with L in Edinburgh, given his impending move to Singapore. And very likely indeed to be the last time we dine with them together in Edinburgh (for the last time, see here).

So we celebrated by buying the boys an enormous steak in the Leith Chop House on Constitution Street. We've not been there before. A bit pricey, but  pretty good.
