Welcome home!

Son C came home this afternoon for the weekend.  It is really good to see him again, and I think he is pleased to be out of the city and back on the farm.  Here he is holding Burt, although Burt doesn't look very impressed and is wanting to escape out of C's hands.

I think our summer has finally arrived, albeit a bit late.  We've been having the most gorgeous sunny days (after the morning fog has lifted!).   Hopefully it will last a few more weeks, so we can make the most of this beautiful autumn weather.
