Mandarin trio

I awoke briefly yesterday from hibernation and was taken out for a glimpse of Spring in Christchurch Park, Ipswich, where these mandarins obligingly provided an opportunity for me to see if I could remember how to use a camera!

The two males and the less colourful but beautifully marked female were happily strolling on the path but soon re-launched into the pond.
