11am passed 5k right knee began to lock it hurt
8k went over on right ankle, swore alot
12.07 limped across finish line into lovely Jeff's arms, sponsership target met, job done.
Got on Motorbike to get to #3boys football match.
Arrived in time for second half, he scored, I missed it :-((
Got home, cooked brunch, hoovered, had bath, did shopping, cooked tea.
