Office to let through a quatrefoil

This is taken from outside the Royal Court which is part of a large complex building part old and part ultra modern which houses the States Chamber, Royal Court, Magistrates Court, The Greffe which is Guernsey's Register Office and where I was married and the offices of HM Sheriff and HM Sergeant.
Many years ago when I first started work (actually 1964) HM Sheriff's office was situated in the little office opposite the Royal Court which you can see through the quatrefoil.
