Of big Ben.following storms in 1864 a new building was provided by John Francis Basset the squire of Tehidy and opened in 1867.at that time it housed the town hall,magistrates rooms and a public assembly rooms.in later years it was once a cinema then it a nightclub now it is a Weatherspoons Hotel.it was foggy this morning by the time we arrived in Camborne it started to clear the sun did show its face for about ten minutes and then clouded over again .
