and today I learned that primulas have two forms, depending on how the stamens or the pistils appear in the centre.   More info here


A last minute blip in the sunshine, taken before I went off to work and uploaded the next day,  in the extra, a similar view with the camera further back to allow for more depth of field - I prefer the closer in version.

The kitchen might well be completed by this afternoon,  and it is the work eat sleep repeat part of my rota so commenting will be sparse for a day or two/three ... sorry!   Next week ... FREE TIME :-)
