Dewy Morning

This morning we missed out on a frost by 1º. It came that close. The mountains were topped with snow (see extra). Hard to believe that a few days ago we were sweltering and everything was bone dry.

This is the tiny seed head of nipplewort, like a miniature dandelion clock. The orange is a pot marigold.
