After 9 blissful summers of tractor driving offspring, the downside of being an empty nester is that all the jobs you delegated come back to you.

I have inherited the trash and recycling and Tom is back in the driving seat of the tractor. Still, thanks to the landscaping, additions and patios, at least he has less grass to mow now than when we first moved in.
