Neighbours and twins R and I were wandering down the road from school today as Astro and I were wandering up the road on our afternoon walk.
They had celebrated International Women's Day at school....go girls!

The ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) has featured women up front on all platforms all day today which, needless to say, has copped the usual criticism  about 'token gestures' and 'stunts' and...is there an International Men's Day?

Well yes there is.
November 19th.

But back to IWD and a very happy day to one and all...and the ABC.
