Tuesday

Back into work today. I felt like I was in a daze all day. Just before lunch I could feel the build up. Sure enough another panic attack. I made a quick exit to the bathroom where I cried, struggled to breath and all the rest.

Eventually home time came, went along to the GP to collect a prescription, then the plan was to go to the chemist although I completely forgot about the chemist bit! Went along to the harbour for a bit of fresh air and saw all these seagulls. I wish I was as calm as them!

Tonight the headache and the sore chest and the irregular breathing continues.
