The Old & The New

Having been laid low with a stomach virus for most of the week, cabin fever was killing me, and I had to do....something.

The brakes on Mrs M's Mazda have been needing done for most of the winter, so it was a no brainer.

All was going well until it came to removing the old rotors. I've done this job a few times on various cars, and there have been times they've needed a bit of a tap with a mallet. These needed a bit more persuasion!

It's been a while since I've pounded the sh*t out of something with a 2lb hammer - it's actually quite therapeutic!
