Back again

Lovely to be back at The House With The Turquoise Doors with its resident cat and dog who are bound to feature in blips over the next few months.

D#1 came out from Glasgow in time for lunch. By the time we walked Minty it had turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon, a huge improvement on the morning's rain.

We then called at the late ex-Laird's house to do final meter readings and hooverings prior to handing over the keys to the new owners this Friday. Glad to have the house off our hands, yet sad that our ties with the village have come to an end.

A lovely NU evening with friends Anne and Drummond followed. I still am have a pain in the neck, so we didn't play pool tonight.
