Signpost to nowhere

It was such a lovely bright day that I decided on the spur of the moment to take a jaunt on the bus to Aberfoyle.

A snowy Ben Lomond was looking magnificent in the sunshine, but my photos didn't do it justice. This weather-beaten, lichen-covered, broken signpost was my favourite of the day.

I was home in time for a late lunch, which worked out well considering my very  long lie and late breakfast!
