Concert to Save Nicola

Tonight I had the privilege of attending the Concert to Save Nicola,a local young woman who has been suffering from cancer for 17 years.Her only hope now is for proton beam treatment which costs £70,000 and in the past month £60,000 has been raised locally. Tonight's concert featured Gary Griffiths,a marvellous baritone,Wynne Evans(the Go compare tenor) and several local choirs.It was a fabulous night and in excess of £3,000 was raised.We all hope that the treatment will be available to her and will help prolong her life to see her young family grow up.
