Lots of fun and laughter with Butterfly this morning - including when we went out shopping.
I have said it before - but \i will say it again .......... her speech, vocabulary and imagination are way above her age.

After lunch Butterfly went for a sleep and I took some shots of one of the cats soaking up the sun on the windowsill.

We all went out for a fairly early evening meal and met up with SWMBO's oldest friend who we haven't seen in too long, but who drove up from Derby to be with us.
She was a hit with Butterfly ..... and Butterfly with her. She was saying that she thinks she is ready to be a Grandmother now (something both she and I thought we would never be uttered by her lips). I am not sure how her daughter will take that news .... or her boyfriend!

Here is hoping the rather 'active' couple in the room upstairs have worn themselves out enough to let us sleep past 6am tomorrow!
