Counting Down

Not happy this morning.
I gave the cat some new soft food with his biscuits.
He must have liked it by the way he scoffed it down.
However, because he wolfed everything at once - shortly after he threw it back up ....... all over the carpet.
Why couldn't he at least have done it on the lino?

Nipped out to the supermarket to get some fruit, bread and milk.
Got the fruit!
The place was looking like it had been looted.
We got the only loaf of crusty bread as the girl was about to put it on the empty shelf along with half a dozen other freshly baked loaves. There was no milk and most of the fresh meat and ready meals had gone.
It was the same with the fruit & veg.
I suspect they have not had any deliveries over the last few days and they have given away all the end of shelf-life stuff to charities.

So much for Wee Jimmy Crankie bitching about lorries using the roads in bad weather!

The camera club's picture challenge for Wednesday is 'Time' - so I took some shots of my 20 minutes timer using different exposure times.
I'm not sure if I will use any of them.

On Friday afternoon the school let parents know it would be closed tomorrow.
Tonight they have said it will be open - but not for breakfast club!
Talk about indecision and last minute notifications.
Parents will be having (another) hairy fit trying to cancel the childminding they had to get arranged but still take into consideration the changed start times for those who go to breakfast club.
