painting

I really felt the pain in painting today! A few days of working out and my arms felt like jelly... I had to call in back up from A for a section of rollering. Not my usual standard. But later I found my groove and broke the back of it. Then a run with my sister and fish and chips (at Eve and Zeke's request). The house is in disarray and we've got a houseful for lunch tomorrow..... it'll have to be a manic tidy in the morning as I absolutely refuse to go anywhere but bed right now.
