These two are sleeping in claustrophobic bunk beds tonight (a camp bed under a mid-level bed forms the lower bunk). This is because I'm decorating Zeke's room. We've removed the hideous (and weirdly smelly) old fitted wardrobes and that's left a big mucky off white wall and yellowing skirting boards in need of attention. While I'm at it, I'm going to add some colour to the rest of the room. So.... tonight is a sleepover. They currently show no sign of winding down (both usually out like a light at bedtime).

Today's workout took place in the cellar on my bike. Ant has persuaded me on the merits of zwift during winter when there is too little daylight for me to get out (plus I complain about cold hands). It hurt!
