Went back to where it all started...by myself...and let it all go. I needed to.

Really good day today. Yummy delish breakfast (Red Chili is growing on me, fast!). Talk with the therapist went very well - we almost talked for two hours. Had a phone meeting with my boss - went absolutely great. Saw my first 3D movie (sad, I know!). Played lots of Wii bowling/boxing...time for bed.
