or Pulmonaria....maybe I should try this. It is supposedly good for bronchitis etc - I still have that nasty chesty cough. 

 Feeling a bit rough again today but I'm sure I will be fine as we are going on the lash tonight with one of my cousins from "up north". She & her partner are here on business so we thought we would catch up over a nice meal.

C has just gone to get her nails "done" .
