New radio

A real emergency blip and quite a contrast to my last radio shot! I bought this pocket radio with birthday money and it arrived today. I've not had time to try it yet as I had such a busy day.

I went to the funeral of an aunt. Sad as such occasions are, it was good to see relatives that I only see on such occasions. As she loved flowers and it was St. David's Day, family were each given a daffodil that we dropped into the grave. 

I got home and had a quick cup of tea before going to a great talk on African animals at the camera club. I'm not a member but was invited along by a friend. It was great to see some fantastic photos taken by professional photographers.
