Welsh lamb

It's St. David's Day today but I decided against a daffodil or leek.

My neighbour has a farm and every year fences off his lawn which he calls the maternity ward. His flock are a few miles away in Wales (hence the title) so ewes that could have problems have a home birth.

I couldn't get both lambs looking at me so chose this shot. The lamb behind Mum is fine, it's just having a rest.

I looked back to last year and I blipped those lambs a year ago yesterday. I think that I know what became of them!
