Blue sky!

I took this at the end of my run today. The blue skies appeared as I got back to the car. I ran 4.5 miles that I used to run last year when I was training for the half. This year I can run it comfortably, but I don't seem to be getting any faster. Wonder if I ever will?!
I had a lovely time this eve doing a talk for the SWI about trekking in Nepal - it was well received and I had lots of interested questions after - even got a few laughs :-) a fair few folk tried the masala chai and the butter chai tasters that I brought.
D headed off for play date after school and I went out before he got in from beavers. C helped me take my slides etc down to SWI and then headed to Scouts - lovely that he's grown up enough to do stuff like that. I shall enjoy it until he turns into a teenager and doesn't want to anymore :-)
