Torture chamber?

Looks a bit as if it could be a place of torture but the treatment is painless. Phase one (15 days) finished today, the next 8 days starts tomorrow and should be even quicker. It's taken less than 10mins from going in to coming out so far.
Afterwards I met a running friend I've not seen much for a while and we went for a walk and caught up, then had a coffee.
This afternoon was Craft Group and this evening I'll go for a short run.
Also got some more seeds planted (indoors).
