Teasels

Went for my treatment in running gear and 10 mins after leaving I was setting out for a short run round the nature park. It was cold and I had to avoid patches of ice but the sun was shining and the sky was blue - quite different from my last trip here in the snow. (the extra shows a similar view to what I blipped last time).
There aren't many places round here where teasels grow and the ones along this stretch were looking good against the blue.
Once home, via the shop, I did more garden pottering and have had a quiet afternoon - I'm out tonight and am supposed not to be doing too much.
