Blakey Topping

This morning I called in to have the results of my bone scan explained. Unfortunately the nurse with expertise in this area was off sick. However the replacement did her best to reveal it showed Osteoporosis. Not quite the news I was expecting. It may explain why the shoulder is taking a while to heal. So now await an appointment regarding treatment. Fortunately exercise is important so I can continue with my current lifestyle.

Out for a walk round Blakey Topping this afternoon. Some lovely big clouds and blue sky. The only down side was some rather skittish bullocks who headed towards us and needed shouts and arm waving to turn them away from us. Just glad it worked.
