The colour purple

At the beginning of the month I blipped some of the lovely yellow crocus around the village bus stop. https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2274577417865528040
I commented then that there were purple ones to come. Well here we are at the end of the month and they are looking wonderful in today's sun.

It is very cold and there was a frost and hints on snow on the moors across the valley first thing but it is always nice to see the sun.

Went into Bingley with Chris this morning, first to the tip where a canal blip opportunity presented itself. Then a bit of shopping to add to the items we were taking from church to the food bank. Another blip op as there were crocus near the Butter cross though not in the sun. Coming home we stopped at the potting shed for coffee and Elvis (the macaw) was on his perch with what looks like a new house nearby instead of a cage.  Maybe a future blip.

Stopping at the post office the crocus across the road in the sun looked super so my blip for today was a no brainer.
