Simple pleasures

We've had a nice chilled day today. Got on with house work jobs this morning then my sister-in-law came round with cousin N. They stayed for lunch and the girls had a great time playing together. They had also brought some tins of paint for us to try on our woodwork and we think we've come up with a winning combination.

After they left P asked if she could do some Hama Beads. She sat for ages creating her masterpiece- a square unicorn! A quickly got bored and went off to watch stick man in the lounge with Mr J.

Swimming this afternoon for P. As a well done for her certificate last week we bought her new swimsuit and she was well excited to show her teacher.

When we got home A told us that he had been for a bike ride with Mr J. P then decided she wanted to have one too, so we were straight back out again for a walk around the block. However P didn't want to ride her bike and opted for the scooter instead.
