Heron on the Carron

As MaggieD has blipped the snow-covered Ochils, I am offering something of Nature and something quirky.
Spotted the heron by the sea-lock at the Kelpies end of the Firth & Clyde canal. There were a few ducks about as well but they were keeping well clear of that stiletto of a beak.
Today's extra we saw on the way home. Approaching the Kincardine bridge, some work was going on way up on a couple of electricity pylons. Just hope the juice had been turned off! ⚡️⚡️
