Woke this morning to the sound of silence. Looked out and it was snowing heavily. By the time we were all sorted, there was a good four inches on top of the car and it was still coming down. Also, the traffic had built until the point that it was really going nowhere fast. Seems that all major roads round about us were in complete chaos. Hey, this is Scotland in winter, what do you expect?
Later, however, it went all slushy and the roads cleared, thank goodness!
