Perspective

Depending on how you look at it, this could be a black hole or a mirror of good fortune.  A reminder that attitude is so important and how easy it is to sink into feeling down about things.  A positive frame of mind is sometimes hard to maintain but so important.  Nothing like a lunchtime walk to  mull things over and get some perspective on work related matters!  In Extras - the mirror of good fortune as opposed to the black hole in the main blip.
