Happy NOT* Pancake Day

Tuesdays have always been one of my most intense work days so pancakes have often been a little bit of a last minute panic.

The joy of my newly unemployed status means I can provide two pancake sessions and even two different types of pancake. So your more traditional crepe style for breakfast and Scotch pancakes for dinner pudding. The moment the bubbles started took me straight back to my childhood. These were regular Sunday afternoon fare.

I'm sure I did some other things today but nothing as interesting springs to mind.

Well actually that's not true as I met a friend for coffee who I haven't seen in far too long.

And I kept the dog clean.
