something a bit different today, for the weekly challenge.

This is a group of photos that sits on the mantelpiece in the living room. I'm not one for family photos all around the place, but this group sits well and isn't too over the top.

The focus of the photo is Lorraine, who is Iain's mum and who died almost 16 years ago of cancer. she was my good friend and neighbour. Iain is almost her double, it is quite disconcerting at times. Now John and I are together and everyone is happy about that. my two daughters are slightly fuzzy at the front, that was deliberate too!
