Here's a Mountain Chickadee using its feet to hold the seed it is cracking open to eat.
The Black-capped Chickadee uses the same technique, as you can see in the extra photo.
I'd starve to death if I had to use my feet in any portion of my meal preparation - I have no flexibility or coordination down there!
