Around The Bays.

Many thousands of folk did this today , an annual event in Wellington. The Bossess said that we should have a go next year… The Boss said that doing anything “Next Year” was always a good idea and way better than “Next Week” or even worse “Tomoro” but yapping apart it appears that I could go too but unstuffed and cheese eating types are not allowed altho we did see a GR…(Golden Retriever) but it didn’t have a number so it may have been a freeloader….Tsk tsk….

There were 3 groups that started at different times and went different distances  and it was grrreat to see runners, walkers, staggerers, babies in carriers, older folk in wheelchairs, folk in mobility scooters including one bloke in a really cut down racy looking model that The Boss reckoned might be a goer for Mt Iron in his old age (except for the stiles). 

Anyway after this all cleared away we went up Mt Vic ‘Cos it was also a wonderful day, windless, sunny and got to 24 C and Mt Vic is covered with trees complete with shade.

eBikes are allowed on the Mt Victoria major walkways but The Boss says that if he was going to fall over he would prefer it not to be from a bike as too many of his friends have come seriously unstuck that way and it is really dangerous to be looking for photos while riding an eBike on Mt Victoria (or anywhere for that matter)

He did however assure me that small stuffed dogs do bounce well.
