My Mustang

Oh February 12th, I posted a rear deck shot of my Ford Mustang and in responding to posts agreed to post a larger shot.  This is my 2009, Black with gold strips, GT Mustang.  I got it in 2010 with 12,000 miles on it.  It is my 6th Mustang as an adult (never had one as a high school or college guy) and it is the best one yet.  I bought a wrecked 1992 Black GT  Mustang, took a body shop repair course at night at a community college where I worked, and drove the car home at Christmas.  I've had a white one with red leather, 2 green ones, and a third black one with T-tops (that leaked).  My current one has beige leather interior.  It is fun to drive, and I don't have to worry about having enough acceleration for an old guy.  The 2005 - 2009 Mustangs look identical except for the badge on the side of the front fender.  It is a chrome horseshoe with 45th anniversary on it.  Only about 1/4 as many Mustangs were made for 2009 as other nearby years (e.g., 2007, 2008, 2010) as the economy was bad in 2008, and the new version of the Mustang was due in 2010, so Ford stopped production early for the 2009, it order to get the 2010 versions out to increase sales.  It is unusual for me to see another 2009.
The flowers in the background are the same variety of magnolia as I posted recently.
