Where We Are and Are Not

Where we are is the main photo of the Maritime Beach Club, a condo building where we get to spend several weeks within November to March in an ocean front condo for a cleaning fee rather than rent.  Where we are not (and don't expect to be) is the other photo of a house 3 blocks away that is currently for sale for $2.4 million.  It is not oceanfront, but has an ocean view from across the street from the ocean.  It has 7,100 square feet, 4 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, and many amenities.  The front door is over 100 years old, and once was the entrance door for Gorham Sterling Silver Company in Providence, Rhode Island.
