Signs of Spring.

I had to pop into town this morning so I detoured by Kanyl's to help him identify a software problem he was having.  As I walked down his drive i spotted these Crocuses (Croci?) just coming into flower.   So a couple of quick snaps and I had my blip for the day.

Being part of the blip community is really bringing home to me how the seasons, spring in particular,  creeps up the country.   I have been seeing blips of Crocus and Snowdrops before ours are barely above ground level.

It also shows a difference between the Cumbrian coast and here towards the Eastern edge of the county.
