Whirlygig

When l was watering my cyclamen today l was drawn to this one.. for some reason this little whirlygig has not developed into a flower like the rest of the plant but for the last 5 days it has remained spinning away below its friends.  Standing out from the crowd was obviously its brief - l would say it had succeeded wouldn't you?

Thank you to those that took part in yesterdays 3rd Watsaat challenge... l confess l am stumped as to what the other entries were... and am looking forward to discovering their mystery. The answer to mine... see well below

It was infact part of the lens to my camera from the connecting end closest to the body of my DSLR
