Double Swim Day

I was in the pool at 6.00 this morning for my usual Wednesday training session. 2,300m. That's not bad.
I then took myself off to Chelmsford pool for another swim at lunchtime. 2,700m. 5k swam today.
All good training for my channel swim.
Tonight I'm doing my spin class.
It's safe to say Wednesday is a fairly busy day.
It was nice to sit and have a relaxing coffee with my friends somewhere between that lot.
