Venison Platter

My 'ideer' of heaven - a platter of venison to try. We were sampling red, roe, sika & farmed venison - a nice end to a day on quality assurance and food certification.

My favourite turned out to be the farmed red closely followed by the sika. Taste and texture-wise I much preferred them to the others.
