Sunbeams

Earlier, the day was steely and grey. Which matched my dark mood and tempestuous thoughts, but didn't necessarily alleviate them.

After yoga, though, the sky began to clear and there was a fantastic sunset with beams of light shimmering in all different directions, some beams fracturing into rainbows. If I take this as a sign, I guess I am being told that yoga is a good thing! Or, maybe things will start looking up.
