Veins

We are still sleeping well, and for a fair few hours too :-).

Freezing cold, biting wind, but no frost this morning.

A quick trip to Lidl for a few bits and bobs....it was spitting with rain but it didn't come to anything.

Back home, a nice coffee, a read of the papers, before our usual Sunday dippy eggs and seeded brown toast :-)

A lazy afternoon, just a nip out into the garden, to fill the feeders and grab a couple of photos.
These camellia buds and veined leaves being the best of a pretty average bunch :-/

Hub update....got to have an angiogram, dye through his veins, so just waiting for an appointment. He's been a bit under the weather since finding out, not what he expected, but at least we will know the score once it's done.

Took most of mums clothes to the hospice charity shop on Friday and had her bungalow valued :( Still lots to do yet. Sis couldnt make it at the last minute as her doggy had to go to the vets :-/ he's improved a little now.

We had tandoori spiced seabass, with a salad of spinach, watercress, rocket, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, in a yoghurt lemon and cumin dressing, with scattered pomegranate seeds and walnuts.....think I will replace the cumin with mint next time I make it.

Back to the dentist tomorrow for the rest of my root canal treatment
