Poor Cow!

We woke up to a layer of snow this morning, and after Anne & Claire left I had to go and do some food shopping, so I went for a drive up to Ditchling Beacon to see if the snow was any thicker up there.  It was weird as some fields were white, and some weren't, so it looked like patchwork.  Even up there though there wasn't as much as a few weeks ago.  I passed a herd of cows all huddled together, so I pulled up at the side of the road to take some photos and have put a couple in my extras.

It carried on snowing until about 2pm, and the flakes were quite big but it didn't stick.  It was nice to see though.

Alan landed into Heathrow at 3pm and had a good journey back home.  He's tired though, so we're having a relaxing night.  I've had a nice week, but it's nice to have him home!
