Chester FC 1 Gateshead 2

Chester were live on BT Sports today so the game kicked off at 12:15. Although they started well, and scored first, an injury to left back Theo Vassell forced a reorganisation which altered the course of the game. After Gateshead equalised there was only one team in it and they deservedly won 2-1 but it was a disappointing performance from Chester. It is now three league defeats on the run so they need to get something at Maidstone next week.
