Little Artist

Back home last night and I wondered how we'd manage with Ethan's bedtime routine. Not great at the best of times recently and the past 4 nights, we've stayed in 3 different locations, with him sleeping in our room each night. Still, after a minor tantrum at bedtime he was asleep by 8.30pm and he slept right through till 7.45am so much better than expected!

Today was hubbies birthday but it has been a miserable day, with thunder and lightening, so we pretty much had an at home day. Ethan asked to do some painting so painting he did. Hubbie cleared out 4 rooms and ripped up the carpets, in preperation for new carpets being laid at the weekend. One of the rooms which was cleared is Ethan's bedroom, so his bed is in our room until his room gets back to normal.

Funnily enough, he was really excited to be going to bed in our room tonight and for the first time in months there wasn't a peep out of him after his bedtime story!
